Bound For Glory review and thoughts‏ by Sonicakuma

I'm starting off with the pre show with ink inc vs Mexican America: it was decent back and forward between both teams, but at the end Mexican America retains the tag team championship in a 2 3/4 star match. next we open the ppv with Austin Aries vs Brian Kendrick in the x division title match where a lot of solid action kept the crowd going and it kept me watching the match and Aries retains in a 3 1/4 star match. next match is the three way involving crimson vs Matt Morgan vs Somoa Joe and is an ok match with the back and forward between crimson and Morgan with the former retaining his undefeated streak in a 2 /12 star match. next match: winter vs Madison Rayne vs velvet sky vs Mickie James  in the knockout title match where it had total bedlam throughout the match with the good ending that is when winter spit red liquid into Karen Jarret's eyes, Traci Brooks gave velvet the 1, 2, 3 (and the belt) in a 3 star match. next match Mr. Anderson vs bully ray. that match wasn't the best but wasn't mediocre either with Anderson picking up the victory in the Philly Hardcore match that 3 stars. now I'm on the full metal mayhem between Jerry Lynn and rob van dam and it was very solid for an old school ECW styled match where RVD pulled a coast to coast in the end in this 4 1/4 star meeting. aj styles vs Christopher Daniels in a i quit match. i thought they know how to bring it and sell the match and they did where Daniels almost pull off the win when styles turned the tables on him in the 4 star outing. next up: Jeff Hardy's confrontation towards Jeff Jarret:. it starts out with with Jarret saying that hardy doesn't deserve anymore chances and got a lot of heat from it, then hardy comes out and got physical with Jarret and i give that 5 stars cause hardy deserves an another chance to redeem himself. first main event: hulk hogan vs sting with ric flair as the enforcer. it was violent and they held nothing back in the no disqualification match up. after sting picks up the win, immortal with Bischoff runs down the ramp and assaults sting without warning and in retaliation of losing control of the company, then hogan turns on immortal and a nice finish from a 4 1/2 star match. and the second main event Bobby Roode vs Kurt Angle in the world championship match. i didn't see the whole match but it was near perfect despite a controversial finish where angle retains the title in the 4 1/4 star match. i overall give bound for glory 2011 4 stars. if you're into old school ECW, see the Jerry lynn vs rob van dam. if you're a WCW mark or into 80's wrestling, see hogan vs sting. into hardcore or really violent matches, there's three matches that fit the bill in the ppv.   By Sonicakuma
